EDIT: Show cancellations and changes!
Concert Update — By Ava on February 10, 2010 1:38 pmThis just in…
Neon Indian, who was to play at Great Scott Thursday night, has canceled due to an unexpected appearance on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon! Props to the band, though it is sad news for Boston music fans. The other bands are still planning on playing the show, so check them out tomorrow night as part of Together. (EDIT: Neon Indian is rescheduled to play Great Scott on March 9th)
In addition, though the snow does not yet seem too threatening in Boston, currently-touring Royal Bangs will not be able to make it to Great Scott tonight due to weather conditions on the road. However, they will be playing an awesome bill on Sunday night at the Middle East Downstairs, opening up for Bad Veins and Scotland’s We Were Promised Jetpacks.
Safe travels to the bands, and to everyone this week heading out to catch great live music.
